With the ongoing forensic audit and investigation, serious questions are also raised about this lawyer’s ethics and professional conduct.
3. Handpicked useful idiots on the board included Lori Thompson, Marie Lavere-Wright, John Graham, Rick Van Wieren, and Jamilynn D’avola who chose to stand with those in power rather than those demanding accountability. Thompson, Graham, and D’avola were also “selected” to the ERBOCES board.

Four years later, I’d call this vindication. The lone truth-teller and fighter for our children on the D49 Board was publicly censured, smeared with false accusations of “creating a toxic culture,” and attacked for exposing serious concerns about failing student literacy, indoctrination, and financial discrepancies.
