Shadows Over Falcon: A Rogue Regime in District 49 Exposed.
Your Ballot. Their Judgment.
As the polls open tomorrow, November 4, 2025, the fate of our children’s future hangs in the balance—not just in classrooms, but in the very soul of District 49. For 13 grueling years, a shadow cabal has gripped this district like a vice, starring Superintendent Peter Hilts, hired under questionable qualifications over thirteen years ago; D49 district attorney Brad Miller functioning as an unelected, de facto sixth board member and consigliere of the D49 mob rule; and a revolving parade of compliant, rubber-stamping board puppets, or “Useful Idiots” for over a decade.
For years, this cabal has crushed dissent with surgical precision. Ivy Liu has been on their cross-hair because and only because she is willing to challenge the swampy system operating in broad daylight. For this, Liu alone has endured public defamation, attempted humiliation, coordinated attacks on her personal integrity, and most recently, a colossal smear campaign against her on the same weekend that the ballots hit the mail. The unlawful use and distribution of a mugshot from an unsubstantiated arrest that has been dismissed and sealed is a direct violation of that order that will require further legal action.
Reading proficiency has collapsed to 45%, and math proficiency at a disastrous 30% proficiency, with our most vulnerable students falling the furthest behind. This should be a Code RED, which would have been appropriate five years ago, perhaps ten.
This catastrophic academic slide seemed to be overlooked by the board who extended superintendent contracts with enormous pay raises, and absolutely without meritocracy.
At the same time, millions in taxpayer dollars have passed through opaque ledgers, bloated contracts, expenditures without FOIA-able invoices, and a mysteriously depleted emergency fund exceeding $15 million—all followed by the abrupt vaporization of the Chief Financial Officer without official documentation.
Incumbents Lori Thompson and Jamilynn D’Avola turned a blind eye on all discrepancies while espousing on exaggerated accomplishments on their campaign platforms.
Gross mismanagement. Unchecked authority. Unblinking corruption. Incumbents Thompson and D’avola are complicit. And tomorrow, voters can shatter it.
Director District 4
Do not vote for Lori Thompson under any “lesser of evils” rationale. Don’t vote at all. A low vote count allows for a cleaner recall if she continues enabling decline. Her former voting record reflects exemplary alignment with progressive ideologies while she repulsively waves her “Christian conservative” beacon.
Reverse course—or step aside for true guardians, Lori. Ditch the socialist cosplay—your votes scream it louder than any endorsement or massive donations from special interest groups.
Director District 1- NOT a case of splitting the conservative vote.
In the race between Jamilynn D’Avola and Ivy Liu, the proven warrior in Liu is the answer- not the token conservative whose rhetoric has been eclipsed by her need for favors and love-bombing from the Cabal. D’avola’s defense of Hilts’ unde-performance, and renewing him for a 14th year of failure and therefore insanity, is indefensible.
Jamilynn D’Avola is a teacher who knows the front lines but ignores the kids drowning in Hilts’ 14-year academic abyss. Blind eye to malfeasance? Her conscience—surely it stirs. As a self-promoting mother and educator, the irony is glaring. Lead the purge, or join the failures you enable. D49 isn’t a playground for ideologues or a piggy bank for cronies. Our 25,000 kids deserve the chance to be successful in life, which won’t happen while D49 remains statewide laggards in literacy.
Your vote tomorrow can be a red for the incumbents to keep bending the rules, covering for each other, and crushing anyone who dares to disrupt their racket.
Tomorrow, vote to dismantle the machination towards illiteracy and totalitarianism. Elect voices that question, audit, and uplift—not entrench. Reclaim your schools. For the children. For the future. For freedom.
